Peace building, peacekeeping and stopping the conflict, because what coordination will give war will never give.

Russia and Ukraine
The last war happened in 1945 since the time the cold war era begin and continued till 2022, but now, it seems like a third world war, whatever is going on at the World level is not about only Ukraine or Russia it is about the rest of world Countries. I have seen the reporter of various news channels say that Ukraine is playing diplomatically and not resolving the issue. Why nobody is saying that Russia's claim on Ukraine is not right. As Ukraine was part of Russia before 1991 after the disintegration of Russia, Ukraine became a Sovereign, democratic republic and union. Russia intervene in Ukraine in 2014 and claimed over creamea of Ukraine and occupied it. Now Russia is expecting Ukraine to breach Nato or not be involved in the European Union. Nato is a north Atlantic treaty organisation which is USA based alliance and it strongly adheres to the principle that if one country will attack any nato countries then it would be an invasion of all nato countries or they will react accordingly, the USA, France, Britain and japan tried to weaken the Russia economy by sizing it's the property and not providing technology more. These countries are not in favour of the stand of Vladimir Putin president of Russia.
India take stands for peacekeeping only and urge Russia to stop the one-sided war! Still, Russia invades on kyive capital of Ukraine and zalansky president of Ukraine stick to thereby statement he will fight will not run from the battlefield.
Questions Rises
A question arises now, if somehow Russia occupied Ukraine then it would be a breach of international laws, like how can any country can intervene in another country. Like Do India claim Pakistan now? Not right then how Russia can?
USA escalating war, Ukraine being diplomatic and Russia is doing devastation where one can't predict anything but yes assumed the loss of humanity and loss of belief of people.
Like in United Nation only these two superpower holds the power to stop war and conflict and if these two are involved in war then it is surprising and ashamed to say that we can't see any country that effort which can stop the war.

शांति स्थापना और संघर्ष को रोकना, क्योंकि जो समन्वय देगा युद्ध वह कभी नहीं देगा।
आखिरी युद्ध 1945 में हुआ था जब से शीत युद्ध का दौर शुरू हुआ और 2022 तक जारी रहा, लेकिन अब, यह तीसरे विश्व युद्ध की तरह लगता है, विश्व स्तर पर जो कुछ भी चल रहा है वह केवल यूक्रेन या रूस के बारे में नहीं है, बाकी के विश्व के देशों के बारे में है । मैंने विभिन्न समाचार चैनलों के रिपोर्टर को यह कहते हुए देखा है कि यूक्रेन कूटनीतिक रूप से खेल रहा है और इस मुद्दे को हल नहीं कर रहा है। कोई क्यों नहीं कह रहा है कि यूक्रेन पर रूस का दावा सही नहीं है। चूंकि रूस के विघटन के बाद 1991 से पहले यूक्रेन रूस का हिस्सा था, यूक्रेन एक संप्रभु, लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य और संघ बन गया। रूस ने 2014 में यूक्रेन में हस्तक्षेप किया और यूक्रेन के क्रीमिया पर दावा किया और उस पर कब्जा कर लिया। अब रूस उम्मीद कर रहा है कि यूक्रेन नाटो का उल्लंघन करेगा या यूरोपीय संघ में शामिल नहीं होगा। नाटो एक उत्तरी अटलांटिक संधि संगठन है जो संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका आधारित गठबंधन है और यह इस सिद्धांत का दृढ़ता से पालन करता है कि यदि कोई देश किसी भी नाटो देशों पर हमला करेगा तो यह सभी नाटो देशों पर आक्रमण होगा या वे तदनुसार प्रतिक्रिया करेंगे, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, फ्रांस, ब्रिटेन और जापान ने रूस की अर्थव्यवस्था को अपनी संपत्ति का आकार देकर और अधिक प्रौद्योगिकी प्रदान न करके कमजोर करने की कोशिश की। ये देश रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के रुख के पक्ष में नहीं हैं।
भारत केवल शांति स्थापना के लिए खड़ा होता है और रूस से एकतरफा युद्ध को रोकने का आग्रह कर रहा है।
फिर भी, रूस यूक्रेन की राजधानी पर आक्रमण करता है और यूक्रेन के ज़ालान्स्की राष्ट्रपति इस तरह के बयान पर कायम रहते हैं कि वह युद्ध के मैदान से नहीं लड़ेंगे।
प्रश्न
अब एक सवाल उठता है कि अगर किसी तरह रूस ने यूक्रेन पर कब्जा कर लिया तो यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय कानूनों का उल्लंघन होगा, जैसे कोई देश दूसरे देश में हस्तक्षेप कैसे कर सकता है। जैसे क्या भारत अब पाकिस्तान पर दावा करता है? ठीक नहीं तो रूस कैसे कर सकता है?
संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका युद्ध बढ़ रहा है, यूक्रेन राजनयिक है और रूस तबाही कर रहा है जहां कोई कुछ भी भविष्यवाणी नहीं कर सकता है, लेकिन हां मानवता की हानि और लोगों के विश्वास की हानि इस युद्ध से अवश्य ही होगी।
युनाइटेड नेशन की तरह ही युद्ध और संघर्ष को रोकने की शक्ति इन्हीं दो महाशक्तियों के पास है और अगर ये दोनों युद्ध में शामिल हैं तो यह कहते हुए आश्चर्य और शर्म की बात है कि हम किसी भी देश को ऐसा प्रयास नहीं देख सकते हैं जो युद्ध को रोक सके।

मैं एक भारतीय नागरिक के रूप मे अपने समस्त देशवासियों की ओर से रूस के एक गलत और कठोर फैसले की घोर निंदा करता हूं। रूस ने अपनी शक्ति का बहुत गलत उपयोग यूक्रेन में किया जिससे हजारों लाखों लोगों का जीवन असुरक्षित हो गया।
मैं रूस और यूक्रेन के बीच चल रहे युद्ध को समाप्त करने की और दोनों देशों के बीच शांति बनाए रखने की प्रार्थना करता हूँ एवं परमेश्वर से प्रार्थना करता हूं की वो सभी नागरिकों की रक्षा करें और हर भारतीय नागरिक से यह अपील करता हूं की वो इस समय हर प्रकार से यूक्रेन की मदद करे।
" रूस तुम हमारे दोस्त हो और हमेशा रहोगे लेकिन जब कोई दोस्त गलत कर रहा हो तो दूसरे दोस्त का कर्तव्य है कि वो अपने दोस्त को गलत करने से रोके और वो भूमिका भारत निभा रहा है "
