HARIDWAR HATE SPEECH CASE 

Hate speech can't be tolerated

Preamble intends to protect all :- 

Text of our preamble mentioned terms like secularism, republic, socialist, sovereign and democratic and also include justice, liberty freedom of expression but should not be beyond the limit or should not under hate speech, it includes that speech should not hurt the sentiment of others and nor the hurt dignity. Preamble ensures fraternity and brotherhood also. 

Now you must be thinking that why I am telling about the context of Preamble? 

Because there is a need to remind this,

Whole case :

In Haridwar, a Hindu Baba Yati Narsinghanand, a priest of Ghaziabad temple, narrate a hate speech among the crowd on the genocide of Muslims and he attacks the dignity of others religion on which Fir charged upon him under IPC 

Jitendra Singh Tyagi whose name was Waseem Rizvi before he converted first accused to be arrested in regard hate speech case in Haridwar in Dharma Sansad 

And religious assembly.

The theme of the conference was Islamic Bharat Mein Sanatan ka Bhavishya ("The Future of the Sanatan (Dharma) in Islamic India"). Madhavi Annapurna also gave hate speech against the Muslim community.

Yati Narsinghanand also cursed a police officer and his child which was too sad to hear about. there yati himself got agreed upon his involvement in the statement. 

Even those who have organised the event have no regret and still, they state that they agreed upon the statement and they have no afraid of police'.

Critisism

This whole case met with sharp criticism from social media which also went viral upon the social media streams. 

A group of 183 students and academics at the Indian Institutes of Management, Ahmedabad and Bangalore, wrote to the Prime Minister urging action. "Your silence, Honourable Prime Minister, emboldens the hate-filled voices and threatens the unity and integrity of our country," Seventy-six top lawyers and judges wrote to the Chief Justice of India requesting him to take a suo moto notice and urgent judicial intervention.

Action taken in against:

Police took steps and impunity need to take again the hate speech speakers and there is a need to ensure that India is a secularistic country where all religions are equally treated. India is a place where fraternity and brotherhood is a core part and a sense of belongingness prevailed. All cultures are equally respected and such kind of speech can't break such unity and integrity.

हरिद्वार अभद्र भाषण केस

प्रस्तावना उद्देश्य

हमारी प्रस्तावना के पाठ में धर्मनिरपेक्षता, गणतंत्र, समाजवादी, संप्रभु और लोकतांत्रिक जैसे शब्दों का उल्लेख किया गया है और इसमें न्याय, अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता की स्वतंत्रता भी शामिल है, लेकिन यह सीमा से परे नहीं होनी चाहिए या अभद्र भाषा के तहत नहीं होनी चाहिए, इसमें यह भी शामिल है कि भाषण से दूसरों की भावना को ठेस न पहुंचे। और न ही गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचे। प्रस्तावना भाईचारे और भाईचारे को भी सुनिश्चित करती है।

हरिद्वार अभद्र भाषण केस : 

 हरिद्वार में एक हिंदू बाबा यति नरसिंहानंद, गाजियाबाद मंदिर के पुजारी, मुसलमानों के नरसंहार पर भीड़ के बीच एक अभद्र  भाषण सुनाते हैं और कुछ ऐसा भाषण जो दूसरों के धर्म की गरिमा पर हमला करता है, जिस पर आईपीसी के तहत यति पर प्राथमिक सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है।

जितेंद्र सिंह त्यागी जिसका नाम वसीम रिजवी था, धर्म संसद में हरिद्वार में अभद्र भाषा के मामले में गिरफ्तार किए जाने वाले पहले आरोपी में से एक है।

 सम्मेलन विषय ("इस्लामिक भारत में सनातन (धर्म) का भविष्य") था। माधवी अन्नपूर्णा ने भी मुस्लिम समुदाय के खिलाफ अभद्र भााषण दिया । यति नरसिंहानंद नेे पुलिस अधिकारी और उसके बच्चे को भी शाप दिया, जिसके बारे में सुनकर बहुत दुख हुआ। वहां यति ने  खुद बयान में शामिल होने पर सहमति जताई।

 यहां तक ​​कि जिन लोगों ने इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया है, उन्हें कोई अफसोस नहीं है और फिर भी, वे कहते हैं कि वे इस बयान पर सहमत हैं और उन्हें पुलिस से कोई डर नहीं है।

आलोचना 

 इस पूरे मामले की सोशल मीडिया पर तीखी आलोचना हुई जो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल भी हो गई।

 भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान, अहमदाबाद और बैंगलोर में 183 छात्रों और शिक्षाविदों के एक समूह ने प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर कार्रवाई का आग्रह किया। 

 "आपकी चुप्पी, माननीय प्रधान मंत्री, नफरत से भरी आवाज़ों को बढ़ावा देती है और हमारे देश की एकता और अखंडता के लिए खतरा है,"

 76 शीर्ष वकीलों और न्यायाधीशों ने भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश को पत्र लिखकर उनसे स्वत: संज्ञान लेने और तत्काल न्यायिक कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध किया। 

दंड वा अपराध 

 पुलिस ने कदम उठाए और अभद्र भाषा बोलने वालों पर फिर से कार्रवाई करने की जरूरत है और यह सुनिश्चित करने की जरूरत है कि भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश है जहां सभी धर्मों के साथ समान व्यवहार किया जाता है। भारत एक ऐसी जगह है जहां बंधुत्व और भाईचारा एक मुख्य हिस्सा है और अपनेपन की भावना प्रबल है। सभी संस्कृतियों का समान रूप से सम्मान किया जाता है और इस तरह के भाषण ऐसी एकता और अखंडता को नहीं तोड़ सकते।
