 STUDENTS AND COVID 

Covid 19 and Sars gave its impact on the economy of the world where World have seen that relations with international countries. However India faced the loss of many life, economic depression, lockdown of 5month and Covids brings imprisonment in the home. Well, technology usage increase and digital learning prove a landmark in the history of India but is it going to be worth it?

 

Like digital learning itself looks like a new idea but not so, like it has several disadvantages too. Like Students not relating themselves with the institution, students feel depressed, exam phobia also has been seen now, where students generating fear of giving exam offline, university students waiting for reopening of collages, they are facing the loss of college life culture with this one can find that students career is at stake.

 

 

AFFECTED TO YOUTH AND EYES AT REOPENING

Even, students are losing hope of reopening. It affects girls especially,  it's a college which shapes a personality, which shapes women and as due to circumstances universities are closed which results in boundation on women like they are limit to house and sense of lack of confidence among the girl's also has been seen, these are the measure which can't be ignored and under this circumstances, a new variant of covid 19 came into existence which again is look likes trouble and punishment for students,

 

The announcement was made following confirmation from the Indian SARS-CoV­2 Genomics Consortium(INSACOG) that monitors the genomic variations of the

pandemic. There is some speculation regarding 3 Rd waves of covid variant too in India 2 people's found to be suffering from this variant and it is hazardous and under this condition, it is also a difficult decision for universities to reopen of College.

 

 

 

DELHI  CONDITION AND SOLUTIONS

Delhi is the capital of India which is also a dream city for youngsters and other countries but still even being capital it is not pollution-free and the population is increasing day by day which matter of concern. Recently schools have been shut due to severe pollution. Again this looks likes a play with the sentiment of students. I know the government is facing trouble to sort this issue but that has no means to play with students' sentiment.

 

There is an immediate need to reopening of Colleges with the special provisions regarding Covid safety.

 

 "World can't keep going with the shut institution and a country cannot progress with the shut Economy"

 

Students are facing the punishment of someone else deeds now let me explain in Delhi I have seen people used to eat street food in a crowd, weekly markets are opened as there is no covid, people found without a mask, people not taking bother of sanitation where I remember a time when people was obsessed with sanitation and in current time it is ridiculous. Still, a meeting is pending regarding university re-opening, students are protesting against closing because it is affecting their careers.

 

CONCLUSION

They know it's would be difficult for them to get an opportunity and job on behalf of online study. With this, I would like to share my experience like I have seen HDFC Bank jobs requirements in which it was mentioned that those who cleared graduation in 2021 are strictly prohibited. So what does it mean? Isn't it is concerning matter yes of course it is? Now I would like to conclude by saying that there is a need for public awareness regarding crowding places and street food and having no fear regarding the disease also with this there is need to plant trees to curb pollution and alternative of paralli burning must be suggested, with this government should think over reopening of Colleges and students future like private universities are reopened and work systematically then why can't Delhi university?

One should think over this.

Covid 19 और Sars ने दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था पर अपना प्रभाव डाला जहां विश्व ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय देशों के साथ संबंधों को देखा है।  हालाँकि भारत को कई लोगों की जान गंवानी पड़ी, आर्थिक मंदी, 5 महीने का तालाबंदी और कोविद ने घर में कैद कर दिया।  प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग में वृद्धि और डिजिटल शिक्षा भारत के इतिहास में मील का पत्थर साबित होती है, लेकिन क्या यह वास्तव में कामगार है?

 

 जैसे डिजिटल लर्निंग अपने आप में नया आइडिया लगता है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है, जैसे इसके कई नुकसान भी हैं।  जैसे छात्र खुद को संस्थान से नहीं जोड़ते हैं, छात्र उदास महसूस करते हैं, परीक्षा भय भी अब देखा गया है, जहां छात्रों में ऑफ़लाइन परीक्षा देने का डर पैदा कर रहे हैं, विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र कोलाज के फिर से खुलने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, वे इसके साथ कोलाज जीवन संस्कृति को खोने का सामना कर रहे हैं।  छात्रों का करियर दांव पर लग रहा है।

 

 यहां तक ​​कि छात्र कॉलेज फिर से खुलने की उम्मीद खो रहे हैं।  यह विशेष रूप से लड़कियों को प्रभावित करता है, यह कॉलेज है जो एक व्यक्तित्व को आकार देता है, जो महिलाओं को मज़बूत आकार देता है परन्तु परिस्थितियों के कारण विश्वविद्यालय बंद हो जाते हैं । जिसके परिणामस्वरूप महिलाओं पर बंधन लग जाता है। जैसे कि वे घर तक सीमित हो रहीं  हैं और लड़कियों में आत्मविश्वास की कमी की भावना भी देखी गई है,  ये वो कारक हैं जिन्हें नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जा सकता है । इस परिस्थिति में covid 19 का एक नया रूप अस्तित्व में आया जो फिर से छात्रों के लिए एक परेशानी और सजा की तरह है,

 

 भारतीय SARS-CoV2 जीनोमिक्स कंसोर्टियम (INSACOG) की पुष्टि के बाद यह घोषणा की गई थी, जो इसके आनुवंशिक परिवर्तनों की निगरानी करता है।

 वैश्विक महामारी।  भारत में भी कोविड प्रकार के 3 आरडी तरंगों के बारे में कुछ अटकलें हैं, 2 लोग इस प्रकार से पीड़ित पाए गए हैं और यह खतरनाक है और इस स्थिति में कॉलेजों को फिर से खोलना विश्वविद्यालयों के लिए एक कठिन निर्णय भी है।

 

 दिल्ली भारत की राजधानी है जो युवाओं और अन्य देशों के लिए एक सपनों का शहर भी है लेकिन फिर भी राजधानी होने के बावजूद यह प्रदूषण मुक्त नहीं है और जनसंख्या दिन-ब-दिन बढ़ती जा रही है जो चिंता का विषय है।  हाल ही में गंभीर प्रदूषण के कारण स्कूल बंद कर दिए गए हैं।  एक बार फिर यह  छात्रों की भावनाओं के साथ खेला जा रहा है। में जानती  हूं कि सरकार को इस मुद्दे को सुलझाने में परेशानी हो रही है लेकिन इसका छात्रों की भावनाओं के साथ खिलवाड़ करने का कोई मतलब नहीं है।

 

 कोविड सुरक्षा के संबंध में विशेष प्रावधानों के साथ कॉलेजों को फिर से खोलने की तत्काल आवश्यकता है।

 छात्रों को किसी और के कर्मों की सजा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, अब मैं दिल्ली में समझाता हूं कि मैंने देखा है कि लोग भीड़ में स्ट्रीट फूड खाते थे, साप्ताहिक बाजार खुलते हैं क्योंकि कोई कोविड नहीं है, लोग बिना मास्क के पाए जाते हैं, लोग जहां गंदगी की परवाह नहीं करते हैं एक समय याद है जब लोग स्वच्छता से ग्रस्त थे और वर्तमान समय में यह हास्यास्पद है।  विश्वविद्यालय फिर से खोलने को लेकर अभी भी बैठक लंबित है, छात्र बंद का विरोध कर रहे हैं क्योंकि इससे उनका करियर प्रभावित हो रहा है।

 

 वे जानते हैं कि उनके लिए ऑनलाइन अध्ययन की ओर से अवसर और नौकरी पाना कठिन होगा।  इसके साथ मैं अपना अनुभव साझा करना चाहूंगा जैसे मैंने एचडीएफसी बैंक की नौकरियों की आवश्यकताओं को देखा है जिसमें यह उल्लेख किया गया था कि 2021 में स्नातक उत्तीर्ण करने वालों को सख्त वर्जित है।  तो इसका क्या अर्थ है?  क्या यह विषय से संबंधित नहीं है हाँ बेशक यह है।  अब मैं यह कहकर अपनी बात समाप्त करना चाहूंगा कि भीड़-भाड़ वाली जगहों और स्ट्रीयर फूड के बारे में जन-जागरूकता की जरूरत है और बीमारी के बारे में भी कोई डर नहीं है, इसके साथ ही प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए पेड़ लगाने की जरूरत है और पराली जलाने के विकल्प का सुझाव दिया जाना चाहिए।  इस सरकार को कॉलेजों को फिर से खोलने पर विचार करना चाहिए और निजी विश्वविद्यालयों की तरह छात्रों के भविष्य को फिर से खोलना चाहिए और व्यवस्थित रूप से काम करना चाहिए, फिर दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय क्यों नहीं?

 इस पर विचार करना चाहिए।
