Rape is became a common news now a days only a brutal case lead to protest over jantar mantar for justice but in reality is the rape victim really getting that justice, 2012 nirbhya got justice in 2020 is this justice really a true just ? That will be justice for all when we won't hear any case of rape in our country, when girls feel safe and they not being judge by clothes. It has been noticed that camera photographs used to recognise culprit but why the same cameras not used at time of happening or at time of incidents and crime. 

Again, a small girl of 7 hardly knew surrounding fall into the prey of some ghost. Accused offer 10 rs. Luring to her  and raped her. she narrated this to her  family then police case has been reported and police try to find out accused by recognising through camera. This incident not even this only but every and each case regarding rape, molestation developed a fear among others women , to be strong is a separate part and another phase of a coin but this kind of incidents is another phase. 

What women can expect from  governement ? 

But seeds are sawn from houses, we can expect from our house, every women who is a sister , a mom , a daughter should teach women respect to sons and boys and some harsh punishment need to implement at ground level to stop such kind of offence.

 महिलाओं को आवाज उठाने की जरूरत...

 बलात्कार एक आम बात हो गई है अब एक क्रूर मामला न्याय के लिए जंतर-मंतर पर विरोध का कारण बनता है लेकिन वास्तव में बलात्कार पीड़िता को न्याय मिल रहा है, 2012 निर्भया को 2020 में न्याय मिला क्या यह न्याय वास्तव में सही है? यह सभी के लिए न्याय होगा जब हमारे देश में बलात्कार का कोई मामला नहीं मिलेगा जब लड़कियां सुरक्षित महसूस करेंगी और उन्हें कपड़ों से नहीं आंका जाएगा। यह देखा गया है कि कैमरे की तस्वीरें अपराधी को पहचानती थीं लेकिन घटना के समय या घटनाओं और अपराध के समय एक ही कैमरे का उपयोग क्यों नहीं किया जाता था।

 फिर से 7 साल की एक छोटी लड़की को शायद ही पता हो कि वह किसी भूत के शिकार हो जाती है। आरोपी ने 10 रुपये की पेशकश की। उस लड़की को बहला-फुसलाकर उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया और उसने यह बात अपने परिवार को बताई तो पुलिस में मामला दर्ज किया गया है और पुलिस कैमरे के जरिए पहचान कर आरोपी का पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है. इस घटना ने केवल इतना ही नहीं बल्कि बलात्कार, छेड़छाड़ के हर मामले में अन्य महिलाओं के बीच एक भय पैदा किया, मजबूत होना एक सिक्के का एक अलग हिस्सा और दूसरा चरण है लेकिन इस तरह की घटनाएं एक और चरण है।

 महिलाएं सरकार से क्या उम्मीद कर सकती हैं? लेकिन बीज घर से देखा जाता है, हम अपने घर से उम्मीद कर सकते हैं, हर महिला जो एक बहन है, एक माँ है, एक बेटी है, उसे महिलाओं को बेटों और लड़कों के प्रति सम्मान सिखाना चाहिए और इस तरह के अपराध को रोकने के लिए कुछ कठोर सजा को जमीनी स्तर पर लागू करने की आवश्यकता है।
