Why marital rape is not a crime in India?   Marital Rape meaning Intercourse between married men and women  without consent of partner. But there is argument that our constitution which give us security , right to identity and life , under 21 article , why Marital rape didn't fall under crime in India. Innumerable divorced , domestic violance can be seen in india and another phase of it is martial Rape.
